2️⃣ Destination Modification & Cancellation
- Cancellation by Harbormaster (bad weather) → 100% refund, no further compensation.
- Route changes due to sea/weather → no refund.
- Vessel malfunction before trip → 100% refund, no additional compensation.
3️⃣ Rights & Obligations
- Participants must maintain safety and comfort for self & others.
- Organizer may exclude disruptive participants without refund.
