📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please confirm availability with Customer Service before booking.
- 30% Deposit for Private Trip or 50% for Open Trip (Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable).
- Final payment due 7 days before departure.
- Force Majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, etc.) — trip may be postponed or rescheduled.
- Replacement boats will be provided in case of engine or operational issues.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before trip = No Refund.
60–90 days = 30% refund, over 90 days = 50% refund. - Minimum age for Open Trip: 12 years old. Not recommended for pregnant women or infants (0–2 years).
- Participants must obey tour leader and safety rules onboard.
- Organizer reserves rights to use trip photos/videos for promotional purposes.

- Guests are responsible for personal belongings and damages to equipment (snorkel, mask, etc.).
- Organizer not responsible for losses or missed itinerary due to participant lateness.
- In case of delay, absence, or withdrawal during trip — no refund or compensation.
